Grade A: Gloves with no holes (including powdered PVC gloves), uniform powder content, no obvious powder, transparent milky white color, no obvious ink spots or impurities, and dimensions and physical properties of all parts meet customer requirements.
Grade B: Minor stains, 3 small black dots (1mm ≤ diameter ≤ 2mm), or a large number of small black dots (diameter ≤ 1mm) (diameter > 5), deformed, with impurities (diameter ≤ 1mm), slightly yellowish color, severe fingernail marks, cracks, and dimensions and physical properties of all parts do not meet customer requirements.
Rejected: Holes, severe oil stains, severe yellowing, impurities (diameter > 1mm), no curled or torn edges, peeling, scratching, tearing, cracks, sticking, or leftover material.
Self-healing: High powder content, large curled edges, slightly dirty, slight internal sticking, small amount of black oil powder on fingertips, and physical properties meet customer requirements.
Grade A gloves are allowed ≤ 5 gloves with slight fingernail marks and ≤ 3 gloves with severe fingernail marks.
