Industrial Grade Nitrile Gloves
These gloves contain a relatively low nitrile rubber content (typically 60%-80%), and contain more fillers, softeners, and other additives. The content of impurities (such as metal ions and residual monomers) is relatively high.
Suitable for general industrial applications (such as machine repair and cleaning), requiring basic wear resistance and oil stain resistance, but with lower requirements for cleanliness and allergy risk.
Medical/Food Grade Nitrile Gloves
These gloves have a higher nitrile rubber purity (≥80%), with strictly controlled types and amounts of additives. They contain no carcinogenic additives and have extremely low impurity content (e.g., extractables and microbiological indicators meet relevant standards, such as US FDA and EU CE certification requirements).
They have better biocompatibility, are less likely to cause allergies, and are suitable for medical examinations, food processing, and other applications with high hygiene and safety requirements.
